Seeking a highly qualified midlevel associate with law firm, SEC or industry experience to join our Investment Management practice, to support our practice in Philadelphia. The successful applicant must have familiarity with the Investment Company Act of 1940 (preferably with respect to registered fund structures like mutual funds, ETFs and closed-end funds) and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Familiarity with other federal securities laws and SRO rules, broker-dealer regulatory issues, and private funds, is preferred, but not required.
