Qualified candidates must have broad experience with public finance matters. Foley currently has a robust practice in this area, particularly in the areas of Healthcare Finance, Economic Development, Housing, TIF and Special Assessment, Infrastructure and Education. Foley attorneys represent borrowers, issuers, financial institutions as underwriters and direct purchasers, and credit and liquidity providers on public finance transactions. The practice is very balanced among those focal points, with Foley overall having one of the top practices in the country. We are seeking a client-focused, team-oriented attorney with 8+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate must have strong client relationship, project management, and senior review skills, and will have demonstrated the ability to thrive and prosper in enterprising and complex environments.
