The Corporate and Business Law Practice Group seeks to hire an Attorney (Buffalo) with 2-4 years of experience handling transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions and other relevant business deals. Candidates should be familiar with diligence, sophisticated transaction documents, and related business relationship documents and general corporate matters.
