Job Summary Attorneys in this role will be part of the firm’s Premerger Notification practice. Attorneys will oversee the preparation and filing of premerger notification documents under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act. This role ensures compliance with antitrust regulations and advises public and private company clients on premerger notification requirements. This is a non-partnership, attorney position. Duties/Responsibilities Attorneys in this position will be expected to: Prepare and file HSR premerger notification forms; Advise clients on HSR Act requirements and compliance; Conduct legal research on antitrust laws and regulations; Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information for filings; Review and analyze transaction documents for HSR compliance; Communicate with regulatory agencies such as the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division regarding filings; Monitor and track filing deadlines and status; Provide training and guidance to junior attorneys and staff on HSR matters; and Stay updated on changes in antitrust laws and regulations. Education, Experience, and Skills Qualified candidates will have: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction; Strong knowledge of Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act and related regulations; A minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust law, specifically HSR filings; Excellent legal research and analytical skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively and professionally, manage client relationships; and Ability to management multiple projects and meet deadlines.
