Dinsmore & Shohl, a prominent national law firm with over 750 attorneys in 30 cities, has an immediate opportunity for a litigation associate in the San Diego, CA office. Candidates must have 2-7 years of general commercial litigation experience, including experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, preparing cases for trial, preferably some evidentiary hearing and/or trial experience, and must be well versed in researching and drafting briefs and motions. The base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $210,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
