Cadwalader’s Leveraged Finance group is seeking lateral associates with at least two years of experience representing banks, private credit lenders and/or borrowers in connection with complex lending transactions, including syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, acquisition financings and other leveraged and investment grade lending transactions. Qualified candidates must have strong experiencerunning deals, managing teams, and drafting primary deal documents. Idealcandidates will be driven, motivated to learn, and poised to add immediatevalue in a dynamic and expanding client-facing practice. Experienced candidates can sit in Charlotte, NC, Washington, DC, or New York, NY, with a preference for candidates located in (or who will relocate to) Charlotte. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $435,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
