Type of Experience: Recognized as a “Litigation Powerhouse” by Law360, King & Spalding seeks a 2nd to 4th year associate to support its award-winning litigation and trial practices based in Austin that is handling disputes throughout the country and across the globe. The associate will be an integral member of the firm’s industry leading Business Litigation practice group, which handles a wide range of high-stakes litigation matters for corporate clients. We operate as a collaborative team focused on exceptional client service and associate development, and the associate will be involved with all aspects of a matter including strategy, client interactions and stand-up advocacy experiences. Qualified candidates will have outstanding academic credentials, strong written and oral advocacy skills, experience handling discovery and other trial preparation at a large law firm, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Texas bar admission or eligibility to waive in or sit for the next exam is required.
