We’re seeking a candidate that is experienced in the administration of complex estates and trusts, as well as tax and business succession planning for sophisticated and high net-worth clients. The candidate should have a strong understanding and experience in: The candidate must have excellent academic credentials (LL.M. preferred, but not required depending on practice experience), along with strong drafting skills (experience with Interactive Legal Services drafting program is a plus) and strong research, writing, and communication skills. A desire to play a key role in a sophisticated and growing trusts & estates practice and continuously developing the candidate’s technical knowledge is required.
