Clark Hill is seeking an experienced Attorney with 5+ years of experience for its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. The Attorney will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. This is a partnership-track position with an opportunity to take a leadership role on a new team and help design innovative legal strategies. All candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the state of California. Candidates must have the following experience/ skills: Civil litigation and automobile warranty defense Experience with the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act Trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, deposition, and mediation Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills Strong academic credentials Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic Strong interpersonal and communication skills The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $140,000 - $200,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
