Foley & Lardner LLP is accepting applications from second-year law students interested in joining the firm’s 2025 Summer Associate Program in the Intellectual Property Department, supporting our Chemical, Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Practice Group (“CBPPG”). 2L Summer Associate positions are available in the following offices: Boston, Madison, Silicon Valley and Washington, D.C. Candidates must have a background in chemistry, biology, or a related field. A M.S. or PhD is required. The firm anticipates hosting a 10-week program for summer 2025. This position is open to all qualified candidates who are in their second year at an ABA-accredited law school.
