Asset Management Associate (Registered Funds)

We are seeking associates mid-senior level associates with sponsor or lender side finance experience. The ideal candidate will have experience at a peer firm representing lenders (investment and commercial banks, business development companies or other providers of debt financing) and/or borrowers (including private equity sponsors) in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations and other corporate finance transactions. Associate can sit in NY, Houston, Chicago, LA, Palo Alto or San Francisco. Job Salary (250K - 370K)
