<p>The Marathon County District Attorney’s Office is recruiting to fill a full-time unclassified Assistant District Attorney (ADA) project position, located in Wausau, Wisconsin. The funding for this project position is scheduled to end on December 31, 2024.</p>
<b> Salary Information</b>
<br>
<p>The starting salary will be $74,880 annually ($36.00 per hour).</p>
<b> Job Details</b>
<br>
<p>Attorneys who are currently employed by the State of Wisconsin are invited to apply and may be able to transfer at their current pay rate. Attorneys who have left the position of Wisconsin elected District Attorney or Assistant District Attorney within the last five years may be able to be hired at a wage rate above the minimum.</p>
<b> Qualifications</b>

<p>Only attorneys who have been admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin may be hired.</p>
