Candidates should possess a broad range of experience in M&A and general corporate counseling, with the ability to play a lead role in a transaction. Exposure to public companies and capital markets considered a plus. Large law firm experience is preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills.
