Job Summary Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified associate to join our Labor & Employment & Litigation Groups in our San Francisco office. Qualifications We are seeking candidates with 3 to 4 years of experience in employment litigation law, with focus on California employment law. Familiarity with a broad range of labor and employment law issues including state and federal anti-discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, executive employment agreements, pay equity matters, OFCCP compliance, and/or non-competition and trade secret matters, is preferred. Expertise in brief writing, written discovery, depositions, investigations, reviews of policy manuals, and/or employer training programs, is a plus. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organizational, writing and analytical skills.
