Job Description: As a project attorney, you will be an integral member of the team and will gain meaningful experience working with our attorneys and fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will have strong case management skills and solid experience either managing consumer class action settlements or handling litigation work in other types of class actions. Litigation work will include legal research and writing, witness/fact investigations, discovery work, and motion practice. Note that while this is not a partnership track position, and is a temporary role, you will work with partners and senior associates on challenging and significant matters. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the state bar. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Location: Hybrid/Remote Role. Strong preference for DC metro or Houston metro areas Estimated Pay Rate: Pay rate varies based on the assignment. Rates range from $40.00 to $100.00 per hour. Plus, OT for any hours over 40.
