Litigation Associate - New York

Our New York office is seeking a litigation associate with two to four years of experience to join our Litigation Department. Qualified candidates will have experience in federal or state court litigation; past criminal experience, such as criminal prosecution or criminal defense work, is helpful. Experience with government and internal investigations focused on alleged corporate misconduct, such as allegations by the Department of Justice or Securities & Exchange Commission of securities fraud, money laundering and corruption is a plus. Our Litigation Department is our largest practice group and represents a wide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complex litigation. The firm regularly represents clients in local, state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment. Exceptional academic credentials, as well as superior research, writing and argument skills are required, as is admission to the New York bar. Clerkship and courtroom experience are strongly preferred.
