This associate will work in the following practice areas: corporate litigation, employment litigation, professional liability defense, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception through resolution. Handle extensive discovery practice. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. JD from an ABA accredited law school. Admitted to practice in Delaware. Law Review and/or Moot court preferred. Outstanding research and writing skills. Superior academic credentials.
