The New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire an associate for our Fund Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in representing financial sponsors and/or lenders in subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities and management company and other upper tier financings at a law firm or in-house at a sponsor or bank. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial and growing team. Must be admitted to the New York Bar with excellent credentials.
Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
