We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our legal team meeting the following criteria: 3-6 years minimum prior experience in handling Ohio workers’ compensation matters, preferably on the defense side. Must also have experience handling general discovery matters, including taken depositions, interviewing witnesses, responding to written discovery, and preparing motions. Must be able to work independently on an assigned caseload. Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills and a strong work ethic. Entrepreneurial growth mindset for client development and practice management. Efficient time-management skills. Values collaboration, diverse perspective, and is able to work with a team to creatively solve problems. Willingness to be a productive member of a team. Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. This position is for our Cleveland, Ohio office and has a starting salary of $95,000 and subject to increase according to experience level.
