You’ll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group. Learn more about our Labor & Employment department here: Employment Litigation | Seyfarth Shaw LLP THE DAY-TO-DAY: As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. YOU HAVE: 4 to 6 years of labor and employment litigation and counseling experience, including single plaintiff matters, administrative charges, policy review and investigations; Practical litigation experience is a plus. The ability and drive to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision. Intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex problems. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills required.
