We are seeking a Mid-level Solicitor or Senior Assoicate to join our market leading Band 1 Energy and Resources group based in Perth. In this role you will work closely with market leading partners Robert Merrick, Mark Hatfull, Jane Ballard and Graeme Gamble. You will undertake a range of work that supports national and international clients, including advising on M&A, joint ventures, project development, offtake agreements, and commodity sales and transportation. You will be working on the most distinguished projects and transactions in the energy and resources sector supporting clients in oil and gas (including LNG), power, renewables, decarbonisation and mining. You will be at the cutting edge of work in the new energy / energy transition space, including working on projects involving renewables, carbon capture and storage, hydrogen and reforestation. You will have extensive client exposure and opportunities to develop a network of relationships.
