Stark & Stark’s Hamilton office is seeking applications from family law attorneys with exceptional credentials and a genuine passion for the law. Responsibilities: The position will support family law attorneys with a focus on divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, custody and child support related issues, relocation issues, college contribution issues, pre-marital agreements, domestic violence matters and adoption. The Associate will work directly with clients preparing legal documents, including petitions, motions, and affidavits. Writing and researching legal issues for briefs, pleadings, ascertaining experts and preparing and reviewing discovery. Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have at least 2 – 4 years of family law experience. Strong analytical, drafting, writing, and research, skills. Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work in a deadline driven practice is required. Must have demonstrated the ability to work independently, as part of a team and the interpersonal skills to interact directly with clients. Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
