We have an open position in our New Orleans office for a Litigation Paralegal. This individual will be responsible for indexing, organizing, and analyzing legal documents, preparing initial drafts of pleadings, discovery responses, and other filings, issuing subpoenas and performing basic background checks, coordinating document production, assisting with witness preparation and attending depositions, preparing deposition summaries and handling trial preparation.
