We are looking for a staff attorney with experience in high-stakes litigation to join our ranks. A successful candidate will possess a strong academic record from an accredited law school, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and active membership in the California or New York State Bar; 2-4 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation in matters including, but not limited to, trademark/copyright, trade secrets, antitrust, and class actions; and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Success in this position requires a positive, energetic attitude, high attention to detail, and a dedicated work ethic.
