Responsibilities and practice The Louisville, Kentucky office of Dentons is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate focused on Restructuring/Insolvency/Bankruptcy to join our growing practice with 2-4 years of experience. The successful candidate will work with a premier Restructuring practice on interesting and sophisticated matters. The ideal candidate will be experienced with handling restructuring work, intelligent, hardworking, an excellent writer, thoughtful, driven, and personable. Bankruptcy Judicial Clerkship experience is not required, but a plus. The position will primarily be in-office, though the firm has a remote work policy and allows remote work in certain instances.
