Position Summary Our Milwaukee office has the opportunity for one or two associate attorneys, each with 3+ years of experience, to join the firm’s expanding Labor and Employment Practice. The candidates will be expected to perform the duties of a law firm attorney, and operate self-sufficiently on traditional labor and/or employment litigation matters. Duties may include, but are not limited to, taking depositions, motion practice, appearing for ERD and/or NLRB hearings, and investigating workplace issues. In-house attorneys with employment law experience also encouraged to apply. Preferred candidates will have a passion for litigation, employment law, and/or traditional labor, as well as excellent analytical and writing skills, and an ability to relate to sophisticated business clients. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Wisconsin. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
