Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP is seeking a 3–6-year Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join our San Francisco office. We are currently recruiting for an outstanding associate with 3-6 years of employment litigation experience, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour class and PAGA actions. The ideal candidate should excel in the following areas: Strong litigation skills Researching, writing and arguing motions Conducting complex fact investigations and analysis Taking and defending depositions Opportunities to write appellate briefs, support M&A transactions, as well as litigate trade secret and non-compete cases, are all available within our diverse and deep team.
