All candidates must have either a Bachelor’s Degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program. A minimum of five years’ experience is required, which should include experience with managing a large caseload. Prior experience with trial preparation and trial attendance is also preferred. Candidates should possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills. All applicants should have an aptitude for detail; the ability to work efficiently, and to work under pressure with or without direct supervision. Each candidate must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time and be familiar with computerized databases, document management programs, and on-line services.
