Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. currently has an opening for a full-time junior Associate attorney (3L) in the Business Services Practice Group to work in our St. Louis office beginning in the spring or fall of 2022. Missouri license will be a requirement. Basic experience drafting primary and ancillary documents for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, credit facilities and other corporate transactions. Abilities may be evidenced by relevant academic degrees, course work or work experience. A broad knowledge of general corporate law, as well as transaction and entity structuring and related tax matters.
