Seyfarth Shaw LLP, a leading AmLaw 100 firm with offices throughout the US and abroad, is looking for a litigation Counsel with 6 or more years of litigation practice experience representing lenders in residential foreclosures in Connecticut state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will reside in central to southern Connecticut to accommodate local travel to attend Connecticut state and federal court hearings, as needed. Candidates may have occasional travel to the Firmâs Boston office. The Counsel role is designed for a lawyer who does not presently seek to be in a partner-track position, and who seeks a more flexible work arrangement. Candidates will work from a virtual/remote office, including from home, but with access to our local offices. Top law firm experience preferred, and excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required. Candidate must be admitted to practice and in good standing in Connecticut, Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island a strong plus, and eligibility to waive into either Massachusetts or New York required.
