Levenfeld Pearlstein desires to grow its core leasing practice and is seeking a lateral partner with 10-15 years of leasing experience. The ideal candidate first chairs significant lease negotiations, such as full building office leases and anchor retail leases, for sophisticated institutional clients. LP customarily represents office landlords in Chicago and nationwide, and we are seeking a candidate with office leasing experience and/or development experience to build upon our strengths. A candidate who customarily represents tenants or who specializes in retail, medical office, or industrial would be complementary and accretive. Some portable business is preferred.
