Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. is seeking a junior associate to join our growing Business Services Practice group, primarily focusing on Real Estate matters. The position will be based in either the St. Louis or Chicago offices. Missouri and/or Illinois law license will be a requirement. Qualified Applicants Will Have: A background in transactional matters is preferred, but recent JD graduates will also be considered. Transactional experience in commercial real estate law, real estate transactions, leasing, lending, development and zoning is preferred. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal are required. Excellent analytical/problem solving skills and attention to detail. Outstanding organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment. All candidates remain confidential.
