The Dallas office of Blank Rome LLP has an immediate opening for a Corporate Associate with at least 5-8 years of experience. Candidates should have experience in broad-based general corporate matters, and in particular in the mergers and acquisitions and private equity areas. Securities law knowledge is preferred, but not required. This associate will be hired into our Corporate, M&A, and Securities Practice Group. Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, personable team players, have outstanding professional and academic credentials and be admitted to practice in Texas.
