Lowenstein Sandler’s Intellectual Property team is seeking a highly qualified Patent Associate or Patent Agent in our Palo Alto, CA location. Candidates should have 2 - 5 years of experience in drafting, preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and cloud computing. A degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, with work experience as a software developer, is required. Must be admitted to the USPTO. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position.
