Description The Denver office of Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, is accepting application materials for law clerk position with the Data, Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice. Candidates must have an interest in the areas of privacy and cybersecurity technology. Limited to 2025 and 2026 Law School Graduates. Greenberg Traurig’s Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice handles cybersecurity and privacy matters, including privacy audits, policies, and procedures; risk mitigation; data security and PCI compliance; GDPR compliance, CCPA compliance, employee privacy; record retention and electronic discovery; international and cross-border data transfer; data breach readiness, response and crisis management; and data privacy, security breach, CAN-SPAM Act, and TCPA issues; privacy and data security-related legislation and regulations in the United States on both state and federal levels, as well as in the European Union (GDPR), Mexico, and Asia. The team also advises clients on a variety of technology and IP transactions, such as the licensing of technology and other IP; the development and licensing of data; the distribution of products or content; SaaS arrangements; and the provision of other services. The candidate will primarily focus on data privacy and security, helping GT’s data team with client policies, research, data breach, and business development. The candidate may also gain exposure to related areas of law such as consumer protection and technology transactions. To apply, please submit your resume, transcripts, and cover letter.
