Description
Job Description: The Washington, DC office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a Staff Attorney to join its preeminent Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation team. The candidate should have at least two years of experience in corporate representation with a strong track record of success in their education and past work experience. The candidate would assist partners and associates in managing the day to day equity administration for a private equity fund’s portfolio companies. The candidate would work closely with client contacts, and would be responsible for drafting board resolutions, preparing equity grant documents, tracking execution and administration of all equity awards and managing the capitalization table. Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
