Haynes Boone is seeking a corporate senior associate with 5 or more years of practice experience to join our Palo Alto office. The ideal candidate must have experience in venture capital and mergers and acquisitions. Candidates should have excellent writing and public speaking skills, demonstrate leadership and management, and should enjoy working in a collaborative and team-oriented setting. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be $365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with the applicable law.
