Our Real Estate Leasing practice includes Representing owners in office, retail and food and beverage space leases, and other leasing matters. Representing owners and operators in flexible and co-working space and revenue sharing transactions. Ground leases from both fee owner and developer/operator perspectives. Representing major retail brands with their leasing needs across the U.S. Representing operating businesses, such as hedge funds, sports teams, and restaurants in their leasing needs.
