We are seeking a seasoned attorney with 10+ years of corporate and M&A experience. The preferred candidate has general corporate experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general commercial transactions, experience with private equity transactions preferable. Must be a detail-oriented individual with strong work ethic, high integrity and independently motivated, have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Book of business is a plus.
