We are looking for an associate with approximately 3-5 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits and with comfort with labor/employment and ERISA. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $250,000 to $345,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
