Description
Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks a full-time paralegal for its Dallas Office, Real Estate Department. Successful candidates will have 5+ years of experience in mineral curative, leasing, land use, entitlement, development, and infrastructure projects, particularly within the Renewable Energy sector. Experience with reviewing title commitments, managing curative processes, preparing title objection letters, coordinating with title companies, conducting due diligence, and drafting documents related to real estate transactions is required. The position includes direct contact with attorneys, clients, and other professionals. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving and planning/organizational skills. Experience with zoning, permitting, and compliance with state and local regulations related to renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
