Qualified applicants should have at least two years of experience (private firm or government agency) in antitrust matters, including a mix of transactions, investigations (FTC/DOJ/State AG), complex litigation (particularly federal), and client counseling. Solid foundation in pre-merger investigations required. Experience with transportation, energy, technology, and retail industries is desirable but not a prerequisite.
