The firm seeks a real estate attorney with 3-5 years’ experience in commercial real estate transactions to join its Real Estate practice in Sacramento. This position requires experience with lease review, purchase and sale agreements, CC&Rs, secured financing negotiation, and documentation. Qualified candidates will also have a distinguished academic record and exceptional research, writing, organizational and communication skills. Must be a current, active member of the California State Bar Association. Associate base compensation is determined by class year and substantive experience, and salary for attorneys at the level of experience indicated ranges from $152,000.00-$168,000.00. Bonus consideration is given for productivity and performance.
