Who you are… • You have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering (or other technical background with experience in the CS/EE/ME areas of patent litigation). • You have at least 4 years of experience. • You have previous industry experience (a plus). • You have an active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements. • You have excellent writing skills.
