Secondary locations San Diego Business unit West Series Salary $140,000-$170,000 Schedule Full-time Job type Standard Workplace Hybrid Your Responsibilities Position responsibilities <ul> <li>Responsible for handling large volume of executive line claims, including D&O, E&O, Cyber, Crime, and Employment Practices. Responsibilities include: </li> </ul>o Guide clients through claims process and assist with accessing carrier resources o Analyze coverage and oversee and ensure timely reporting of claims o Respond to coverage issues, strategize, and advocate effectively on behalf of Lockton clients o Advise and consult with clients and internal constituents on coverage issues concerning executive line and cyber claims o Advise and consult with clients about the claim process and potential insurance solutions <ul> <li>Review executive line and cyber policies and specific wording for coverage gaps and potential issues; consult with clients and internal constituents regarding same </li> <li>Research current trends in law that pertain to executive and cyber line space and our clients’ insurance programs </li> <li>Draft whitepapers and other educational presentations concerning executive and cyber lines </li> <li>Accumulate required continuing educational credits to maintain current insurance and legal license </li> <li>Represent Lockton at client meetings and external events </li> <li>Prepare written correspondence, analyses, reports and memos as needed </li> <li>Make a positive contribution to customer satisfaction and constantly strive to improve service to the customer </li> <li>Communicates in a positive manner to contribute to a cohesive, pleasant work environment </li> <li>Protect the confidentiality of information learned by performing the duties of the position; reinforce the importance of confidentiality of information to all department associates </li> <li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned </li> </ul> Qualifications Position qualifications <ul> <li>Law Degree required. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related program or equivalent education and/or experience required. CIPP a plus </li> <li>Five plus years of experience as an attorney with an insurance company, law firm or other corporation.
