<p><b>In this position... </b><br> Join Ford’s Office of the General Counsel (OGC) as lead antitrust counsel for North America. <br> <br> OGC is responsible for ensuring compliance with global antitrust laws and providing legal advice on antitrust risks. You’ll primarily be responsible for advising on antitrust matters occurring in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, marketing and distribution, and labor affairs. You’ll engage with senior management regularly and collaborate extensively with other OGC subject matter experts and antitrust counsel in other regions.<br> </p>
