In our <b>Office of General Counsel </b>, you’ll be part of an organization that collaborates with outside counsel to operate as a global team and deliver world-class legal, tax and audit services to client groups throughout the company. </p> <p><b>In this position... </b><br> Join Ford’s Office of the General Counsel (OGC) as lead antitrust counsel for North America. <br> <br> OGC is responsible for ensuring compliance with global antitrust laws and providing legal advice on antitrust risks. You’ll primarily be responsible for advising on antitrust matters occurring in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, marketing and distribution, and labor affairs.
