Our U.S. Corporate group in Singapore handles a mix of corporate finance and mergers & acquisition work across the Southeast Asia region and is ranked as one of the top practices in the region. We are currently seeking a Class of 2013 – 2015 associate with solid Corporate Finance experience. While we prefer candidate’s who have graduated from a U.S. Law School with a Juris Doctor, we are open to U.S. LL.M degrees for a strong candidate with solid experience. No Asian language skills are required for this role, and we will relocate candidates from outside of Singapore.
