Description
We are seeking specialized attorneys for associate positions in Cahill’s New York office for our life sciences patent litigation practice group. Candidates should have 3 - 4 years of experience in patent litigation, with substantial exposure to life sciences patent litigation matters involving Hatch-Waxman, Biologics vs. Biosimilars, or biotechnology-related issues. Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate or advanced degree in immunology, molecular biology, organic chemistry, or medicinal chemistry. We may consider other related degrees if the level of work experience is significant and compelling. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background, and be admitted to the New York Bar. Cahill offers a competitive salary structure and the anticipated base salary range for this position will be a minimum of $260,000 a year and a maximum of $310,000 depending on experience.
