Seeking a strong mid level (4-6 PQE) CM Associates with: · Experience across CLOs and other structured finance transactions, including securitisations, warehouse financing, repackaging transactions and structured funds. Some knowledge of more general banking work would also be beneficial. · Strong critical thinking, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills, with the drive to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. · Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
