SUMMARY: Winston & Strawn LLP is seeking highly skilled Review Attorneys and Project Leads for ongoing managed review assignments. Review Attorneys and Project Leads are responsible for working with the Firm’s clients, attorneys and members of the eDiscovery and Information Governance team in reviewing, analyzing, and organizing evidentiary materials for use in litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters. Positions require a high level of attention to detail, responsiveness, critical thinking skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The details are as follows: Location: Metro Houston or Metro DC preferred. Other geographic locations will be considered for highly qualified candidates. (Remote work opportunities.) Estimated Start Date: Immediate and Ongoing Need Estimated Duration: Long Term Projects Minimum Hours Required: 40 hours per week. Maximum 50-60 hours per week. Hours of Operation: Generally, 6:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Optional weekend hours available. Estimated Pay Rate: Pay rate varies based on the assignment. Administrative (non-client billable) review attorney/project lead rates and English review rates start at $30/hr plus time and a half for all overtime hours. Paid time off after 90 days of employment 40 hours of paid time off after 90 days of employment. Health Insurance after 60 days of employment. Higher hourly pay rates may be available depending on work assignment. Must not join any outside projects or perform any outside legal work while working with Winston & Strawn LLP.
